SOUNDINGS 21 is the new media forum for a growing community of Lay Litigants in pursuit of the preservation of individual rights, in an ever encroaching and coercive legal system.   The forum welcomes discussion and exchange of information regarding litigation, in an effort to promote transparency and community support.
